Deputies arrested a Macedon man on felony charges after a domestic incident in Seneca County.
Kenneth Hillen, 54, was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt – both as felonies – after an incident during the overnight hours on february 18 in Tyre.
He was found to be in violation of a court order.
Additional details about the incident were not released. He was turned over to jail staff pending arraignment.
