Police in Seneca Falls arrested a local man following a larceny investigation at Walmart.
According to a news release, Jonathan Toledo was arrested on February 12 around 2:30 p.m.
The arrest followed a theft at Walmart. While using the self-checkout Toledo left with merchandise.
He was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket for local court.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
