Geneva will host Upstate Seafood Summit

New York Sea Grant and the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability are organizing an Upstate Seafood Summit in Geneva, aimed at seafood industry professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. The summit, scheduled for March 5 at Cornell AgriTech’s Jordan Hall, promises an afternoon of industry insights, food safety updates, and networking opportunities, with a special focus on both farm-raised and wild-harvested seafood sectors.


Attendance is free, but participants are encouraged to register in advance on the event website. The summit will feature presentations on safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and opportunities for startups in the seafood industry, providing valuable resources for both established businesses and newcomers.
