The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clifton Springs man following a drug investigation in Manchester.
Cardell Singletary, 31, was arrested for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after selling crack cocaine.
He was taken into custody without incident.
However, deputies say Singletary was held on no bail due to previous felony convictions.
