The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports a personal injury crash that sent one to the hospital on Thursday.
Deputies responded to State Route 96 in Manchester for a two-car crash.
Steven Gower, 56, of Manchester was rear-ended by Rachael Lochner, 30, who was operating a pickup truck.
Gower suffered a laceration to the face and was sent to Thompson Hospital.
Lochner was issued multiple citations, deputies said.
