The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a local teen following an investigation into a disturbance.
Police were dispatched to a local home where Carlie Vega, 19, violated a protected party, then fled on foot.
Vega was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
