The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Moravia man following a domestic incident.
Cole Austin, 26, was charged with a felony count of criminal contempt.
He violated a court order at a residence on McAllister Road in Genoa. He’s accused of hitting the victim, who suffered an injury in the incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date. However, Austin was held on $10,000 bail.
