Auburn to host Falcon Park festival for 2024 solar eclipse

The City of Auburn, NY, is gearing up for a historic event, the “Great North American Eclipse,” set to occur on April 8, 2024. This celestial phenomenon, marking the first total eclipse visible in Auburn since 1925, will be celebrated with the family-friendly “Falcon Park Eclipse Fest.” The city, in collaboration with the Auburn Doubledays, invites the community to witness this rare event, with the next opportunity not expected until 2144.

The Eclipse Fest at Falcon Park promises an exciting lineup of activities suitable for all ages. Attendees can enjoy live broadcasts by Classic Hits 99.3, children’s activities, and food concessions.
