Johnnell Archibald, 30, from Lyons, New York, faces serious charges following a robbery and burglary incident in Wayne County. The event, investigated by troopers, occurred on January 27 along Water Street in the town of Lyons.
The investigation uncovered that Archibald allegedly entered a victim’s apartment, physically assaulted him, and threatened further harm unless the victim complied with his demands. Archibald reportedly coerced the victim into placing a TV outside the apartment for theft under the threat of additional violence.
Archibald has been charged with first-degree Burglary, a class B felony, and second-degree Robbery, a class C felony. Following his arrest by SP Lyons, he was processed and then taken to Wayne County Jail for a CAP arraignment. The incident highlights the gravity of home invasion crimes and the strict legal consequences they carry.
