Seneca Falls man arrested twice, released after larceny and trespassing investigation

The Seneca Falls Police Department says a local man was arrested twice after a larceny and trespassing investigation.

Jonathan Toledo, 34, is accused of concealing items and leaving a local business without paying for them.

He was arrested for petit larceny and conspiracy.

Toledo was later observed at that business, after having been banned, so he was also charged with trespassing.

He was released after both arrests.
