The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Rochester man after he failed to appear in city court for a harassment charge.
According to a news release, Benjamin Shur, 28, was taken into custody on a bench warrant and for harassment after making a threatening gesture to a person at a local business.
While police didn’t identify the business, they noted it was located on Eastern Boulevard.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail.
