Clyde man faces felony charges after refusing to leave home where domestic took place

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man following a domestic incident that happened in the village.

According to a news release, Michael Sakowski, 61, of Clyde was arrested during a domestic dispute.


He’s accused of refusing to leave the victim’s residence and violating an active court order.

All told, Sakowski was charged with felony counts of contempt and aggravated family offense.

The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
