The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a disturbance earlier this month.
Deputies arrested Steven Wilcox, 26, for burglary, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing after forcing his way into a neighbors apartment and attacked them.
In the process, Wilcox is also accused of attempting to stab the victim with a kitchen knife, who fought off the attack.
The victim did sustain injuries in the incident though.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
