The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man following an incident on State Route 96.
According to a news release, Alexander Rodriguez, 36, was arrested for DWAI drugs after it was found he operated a vehicle in an impaired state.
He was taken into custody without incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
