The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of an Ovid woman following a shoplifting complaint and investigation at Walmart.
It was discovered that Courtney Bower, 26, exited the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise and failed to render payment for the items in her possession.
It was also determined Bower was previously banned from Walmart due to a prior theft in 2021.
She was charged with grand larceny and a felony count of burglary. After processing she was released on an appearance ticket.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
