The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion man following a bench warrant investigation.
Thomas Simmons, 29, of Marion was arrested for harassment.
The arrest on January 19 comes after he failed to appear in local court for a scheduled appearance, deputies said.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment and will answer the charges at a later date.
