The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man following the investigation into a disturbance where it was reported that a person was refusing to leave a residence in the village of Clyde.
After identifying the male causing the disturbance as Geno R. Wynn, 59, of Rochester he was taken into custody.
It was determined by deputies at the scene that Wynn had an active bench warrant and was arrested on the warrant following the investigation.
Wynn, being a registered sex offender, originally failed to notify the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office of a change in his home address back in 2021. He was transported to the Wayne County Hall of Justice where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
