Deputies arrested a Marion man following a domestic incident investigation.
According to a news release from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Cody Shurgot, 31, is accused of throwing a glass full of red wine at a person on Christmas Day.
The glass hit the victim and spilled all over them.
Shurgot was subsequently arrested for harassment and will answer the charge at a later date. He was taken into custody on January 8 and processed at the Wayne County Jail, deputies said.
