Deputies arrested an Arcadia man twice following separate domestic incidents in Wayne County.
On January 8 Brandon Leonard, 21, was arrested for contempt and criminal mischief.
The charges stem from a domestic incident where Leonard violated an active court order and damaged property belonging to another person.
He was taken into custody and set to answer those charges at a later date.
However, he was arrested again, two days later on January 10, after another domestic incident in Arcadia.
In this incident Leonard is accused of violating another court order and punching the victim.
As result of the second incident, he was charged with a felony count of criminal contempt, as well as harassment.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
