Police arrested a Lyons man in the city of Geneva after a traffic stop on North Exchange Street.
Richard Crego, 36, was arrested for DWI, resisting arrest, and obstruction after a traffic stop for failing to keep right.
While police investigated – he impeded the investigation and resisted officers as they took him into custody.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
