The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Rochester woman following an investigation into a fraudulent check.
Marissa Gallia, 27, is accused of criminal possession of a forged instrument and conspiracy after allegedly working with another person to cash a fraudulent check at a local bank.
Additional details were not released about the incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
