Police arrested a Rochester teen after an investigation into an incident of bank-related fraud.
Rahmya Harris, 19, is accused of possessing a forged check, and trying to cash it at a local bank.
Police said the check was worth $790 and Harris attempted to cash it at the Community Bank in the village.
They were issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of a forged instrument and will answer the charges at a later date.
