The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Middlesex man following an investigation in Canandaigua.
According to a news release, Quintin Schwartz Jr., 30, was charged with falsifying business records, as a felony, after attempting to defraud a local business.
Details of that attempted fraud were not released.
He will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charges.
