Deputies arrested a 57-year-old Farmington man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
On January 3 around 4 p.m. Patrick Zarcone, 57, of Farmington was arrested for criminal obstruction of breathing.
The domestic incident in question allegedly occurred on New Year’s Eve at his residence.
Additional details about the incident were not released. However, Zarcone is accused of choking a person during that dispute.
He was released and will answer the charge at a later date.
