New York State Police arrested an Addison man after trying to lure a 14-year-old using social media.
Keegan Yoerin-Royal, 21, was arrested after a months-long investigation with the Steuben County Child Advocacy Center.
Police say he used Snapchat to start a relationship with a 14-year-old, sending the minor indecent material before meeting them for a sexual encounter.
He was charged with second-degree criminal sex act, disseminating indecent material to a minor, promoting an obscene sexual performance of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
