Police say a Rochester man was taken into custody in Geneva after a traffic stop and roadside investigation.
The Geneva Police Department arrested Freddie Walker Jr., 44, for unlicensed operation, reckless driving, failure to comply, wrong way down a one way street, and criminal sale of a controlled substance as a felony.
Police say the latter charge stems from Walker being in possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell.
Details about the quantity of drugs in Walker’s possession was not released.
