Deputies arrested a Shortsville man following a family trouble complaint on Wednesday.
According to a news release, deputies were called to Kyte Road around 11 a.m. for a family trouble complaint.
Upon investigation, Benjamin Brown, 38, of Shortsville was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child for an incident that occurred earlier in the day.
Deputies didn’t specify the details of the incident that occurred to result in the child endangerment charge.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
