BILLS GAME DAY: Buffalo looks to inch closer to playoff spot vs. Patriots (preview)

The Buffalo Bills (9-6) look to inch closer to a playoff spot when they host the New England Patriots (4-11) on Sunday at 1 p.m. in the final home game of the regular season.

Buffalo has won three consecutive games to move to the sixth seed in the AFC with two weeks left to play, while the Patriots have won two of their last three but still sit in 30th place in the league.

The Bills and Patriots will meet for the second and final time in 2023, with New England taking the first matchup 29-25 in Week 7. Mac Jones, who has since been benched for Bailey Zappe, led the Patriots down the field for a go-ahead touchdown with 12 seconds remaining in regulation.

However, Buffalo has had lots of success over New England over the past few seasons, winning four of the last five games and six of the last eight.

Kevin Harlan, Trent Green, and Melanie Collins will have the call on CBS.
