The New York Mets acquired right-hander Adrian Houser and outfielder Tyrone Taylor from the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reported.

New York is sending minor-league pitcher Coleman Crow (Mets 29th-ranked prospect) to the Brewers in return, per Robert Murray of Fansided.

Houser, 30, is entering his final season under team control. He spent the first seven years of his big-league career with the Brewers and posted a 4.12 ERA and 96 strikeouts over 111.1 innings last season.

Taylor, 29, slashed .234/.267/.446 with 10 home runs, 35 runs batted in, and nine stolen bases over 81 games with the Brewers in 2023.

Houser joins a Mets rotation that includes Kodai Senga, Luis Severino, José Quintana, and Tylor Megill.
