The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ontario man following a larceny complaint at a grocery store in Williamson.
Jamie Clark, 60, was arrested after a complaint and investigation at the Breen’s IGA in Williamson.
According to a news release, employees observed that there were Slim Jim’s missing on December 15 and began checking security footage.
This is how they found that Clark entered Breen’s IGA on Wednesday December 13 at approximately 2:45 p.m. after having previously trespassed at the establishment and stole 36 Slim Jim’s.
Clark was observed on camera putting the Slim Jim’s in his coat pocket.
Clark was subsequently arrested for burglary and petit larceny.
Deputies said Clark was held due to being a predicate felon and having numerous warrants.
