Deputies arrested a resident without any permanent address following a stop on State Route 96 in Victor.
They were initially notified for a sick or intoxicated driver at the Panera Bread parking lot on Thursday around 7 p.m.
Upon investigation it was determined that Christine Dale Newman, 62, was impaired.
She was charged with DWI and held pending arraignment.
No additional information was provided by authorities in a news release.
