Deputies arrested a Stanley resident following a family trouble investigation.
According to a news release, Timothy Spacek, 43, was arrested in the village of Clifton Springs on Wednesday around 10:22 p.m. after a warrant had been issued for an incident two days earlier.
On December 10, Spacek was accused of first-degree coercion – after making several threats against family members during the incident.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
