Deputies arrested a Clyde woman following a larceny investigation in Sodus.
According to a news release from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Beverly Smith, 38, is accused of stealing over $281 worth of merchandise from the Dollar General store.
Smith was charged with petit larceny and taken to the Wayne County Jail.
Deputies said she was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
