On December 10 Joshua R. Bean, a 34-year-old resident of Endicott, was arrested by the New York State Police at Endwell on charges of menacing.
Bean faces three counts of menacing following an incident at a holiday fireworks display in Highland Park, located in the town of Union.
The arrest occurred after state police responded to a 911 complaint around 5:20 p.m. on the same day.
The investigation into the incident revealed that Bean had menaced three individuals with a pocket-knife while they were working at the fireworks event.
Following his arrest, Bean was taken to the Broome County Correctional Facility where he was to be arraigned.
