Police arrested an Auburn man months after a warrant was issued in Waterloo Town Court.
Steven Short, 42, is accused of unlawfully entering a residence in Waterloo with another person and assaulting the occupant.
Details of that incident were not released. However, police said the warrant was issued in May 2022.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
