Deputies arrested a Shortsville resident following an investigation into a one-car crash on December 5.
According to a news release, Jamie Lynn Cottrell, 50, was arrested for felony aggravated DWI after that investigation.
She’s accused of losing control of her vehicle on County Road 13 and colliding with a utility pole and shed.
No injuries were reported. However, investigators found a previous DWI conviction in the last decade, which combined with the fact that she was under the influence of alcohol – led to upgraded DWI charges.
She will answer those charges in Manchester Town Court.
