During the altercation, Leach is accused of throwing objects and pushing the victim to the ground. This conduct reportedly breached a temporary full stay away order of protection issued by the Village of Palmyra Court, aimed at safeguarding the victim.

The nature of the dispute and the specifics of the order were not detailed in a press release.

Following his arrest, Leach was taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaits a CAP arraignment before a judge. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Palmyra court at a future date for further legal proceedings.
