The Syracuse Orange (5-2) open ACC play today when they take on the Virginia Cavaliers (6-1) in Charlottesville at noon on ESPN2.
Syracuse has won two straight and is coming off an 80-57 win against LSU in the inaugural ACC/SEC Challenge.
Virginia is also on a two-game win streak and is fresh off a 59-47 victory against No. 14 Texas A&M in the ACC/SEC Challenge.
This will mark the 20th meeting between the Orange and Cavaliers, with Virginia holding a 13-6 edge in the all-time series.
