Dominic DelGatto, 33, of Manchester was arrested on November 30 for two counts of aggravated family offense.

He’s accused of violating an active court order of protection on November 26; then doing so again on November 29.

The second time he contacted the protected party from the Ontario County Jail by phone.

He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
