Deputies arrested a Victor man following an investigation on West Main Street and School Street in the village.
On Tuesday before 8 a.m. deputies arrested Michael Tindal, 39, for second-degree criminal contempt.
He’s accused of being in the presence of a person who was protected by an active court order.
The court order instructed Tindal to stay away from the victim.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing.
