The Finger Lakes Ski Club (FLSC) is gearing up to celebrate its 50th ski season with an exciting kickoff party and general meeting.
All ski and snowboard enthusiasts in central New York are invited to join the festivities, which will be held at the Elks Club on 314 State St., Auburn, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5. This event promises to be a delightful gathering for winter sports lovers, featuring an array of good food, cold beer, door prizes, and an opportunity to connect with fellow skiing and snowboarding aficionados.
The holiday party serves as an excellent occasion for both new and returning members to sign up or renew their memberships. It also provides a chance to learn about the club’s upcoming ski trips and activities. The FLSC offers affordable membership options, with individual memberships at $21 and couple/family memberships at $32. Members enjoy discounts at various area ski resorts and can participate in the club’s year-round events and activities. Showcasing the value of these memberships, FLSC members can avail themselves of exclusive 2024 deals at Song & Labrador, Greek Peak, and Snow Ridge ski resorts.
Beyond local benefits, the FLSC is a part of the New Jersey Ski Council (NJSC) and the Eastern PA Ski Council (EPSC), extending additional perks to its members. These include significantly reduced lift tickets at over 20 ski areas in the Northeast, discounted group ski trips both domestically and internationally, and access to special “Council Ski Days” at various mountains. Members of FLSC automatically enjoy all privileges and discounts associated with these councils.
