On Wednesday, deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Utica resident following a domestic incident at Patty’s Lodge in Hopewell.
Dishaleak Leggions, 31, was charged with assault, strangulation, and aggravated family offense after attacking a person at the Hopewell business.
Additional details were not released. However, two of the charges are felonies, according to deputies.
He was arraigned and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
