Deputies arrested a town of Seneca resident following an arrest at the Byrne Dairy in Geneva.
A little before 6 p.m. on Monday deputies arrested Jerry Panna, 41, of Seneca for fourth-degree stalking.
Deputies didn’t detail the incident in a press release, but noted that the arrest stemmed from a harassment complaint.
Panna will appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
