On November 19, Luis R. Santiago, a 27-year-old resident of Seneca Falls, was arrested following a trespassing incident at a local residential facility currently under construction.
The Seneca Falls Police Department responded to the complaint at approximately 7:18 am.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that Santiago had entered the construction site by passing the secured fencing surrounding the property. He then proceeded to enter the residential building and walk around inside.
Police apprehended Santiago at the scene without any complications, ensuring a safe and incident-free arrest.
Santiago was charged with one count of criminal trespass in the third degree, classified as a class B misdemeanor.
Following the arrest, he was issued an appearance ticket, which mandates him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on a scheduled date to respond to the charges.
