Police arrested a Rochester man following a disorderly conduct investigation.
Kenneth Marvin Jr., 37, of Rochester was charged with criminal impersonation after a previous incident where he gave another person’s identity during arrest.
He was taken into custody at the Seneca County Jail where he’s currently facing additional charges.
Police didn’t provide any additional information about the arrest or case.
