Police arrested a Rochester man on a felony charges after he stole a vehicle from Canandaigua and remained at-large for several months.
Abdulraqeeb Ahmed, 19, was charged with grand larceny on Nov. 16 a little before 12 p.m. stemming from an incident over the summer.
According to police, Ahmed stole a vehicle from the parking lot of an apartment complex in Canandaigua, and eventually taken into custody this past week.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
