Police say a Geneva man was taken into custody on a contempt charge after being located in the same vehicle as a person who had an active court order against him.
Catheuss Golden, 32, was arrested for criminal contempt after violating an active court order.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
