First responders in Cayuga County were called to a serious accident during the late-evening hours on Monday.
According to our partners at the Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire, first responders from Scipio, Fleming, and Southern Cayuga Ambulance all responded to a truck vs. dirt bike accident.
It happened on Center Rd., near Corey Rd., according to their reporting.
While a medevac was initially requested by first responders on-scene—weather ultimately prevented it from making it to the scene.
One person was transported to a hospital in Syracuse via ambulance.
