The Buffalo Bills made a major change just 12 hours after an ugly 24-22 loss to the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.

Buffalo fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and promoted quarterback coach Joe Brady to OC, the team announced Tuesday

Dorsey was just 28 games into his job as Bills OC. In 2022, Buffalo ranked second in the NFL in yards and points. Through 10 games in 2023, the Bills sit seventh in yards and eighth in points.

Brady, 34, has experience calling plays as he was the OC for the Carolina Panthers for two years in 2020 and 2021. He was also LSU’s passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach in 2019, as well as the New Orleans Saints offensive assistant in 2017.

The Bills (5-5) are sitting as the 10th seed in the AFC with seven games left in the regular season.
