Police: SF woman taken into custody after passing out behind the wheel at gas station

Police took a 34-year-old woman into custody after an incident on November 9 along State Route 5&20.


According to police, Jessica Newbrook, 34, of Seneca Falls was arrested after she was found passed out behind the wheel at a gas station.

Police say they were notified about the incident via motorist complaint.

She was determined to be under the influence of drugs, and was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. She was charged with DWAI drugs, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
